10 MUST SEE Artists At Dreamstate SoCal 2023

10 MUST SEE Artists At Dreamstate SoCal 2023

The time has come! The final few weeks remain before DreamState SoCal returns to its new location in Long Beach, California, adding Technicolor to the lineup for the first time.

In preparation for the event, we've put together a list of 10 artists you're most excited to see this weekend. For simplicity we will take the 5 per day in a different order.

Asterix

Let's be honest, Asterix is still on our list, but that's because it's so good. The man hosts psychedelic trance workshops every year and has definitely earned his spot as a Dreamstate mainstay.

Indra Paganota

While we think every techno act on this lineup is worthy of consideration, I'd like to include at least two on this list who will be playing Friday exclusively in collaboration with Factory 93. Indira Paganota hard . The techno scene. From this latest Tomorrowland set, you can tell that his sets contain elements of haunting and psychedelic trance.

Paul Van Dyck represents Solke

It goes without saying that Paul Van Dyk is a big legend, but this year he released a new album called Solikin', which sounds like a summer album. I can't wait to see for myself!

Morten Granau

Another worth paying attention to is psychedelic trance performer Morton Granau. It focuses on progressive psytrance, which we believe is a genre that is more accessible to new listeners and has many parallels with progressive house. He has collaborated with musicians such as Captain Hook, a member of the group.

Fatima Hashi

Fatima Haji, a vital technological force, is known for her strong and energetic collections. Believe us, even if you think you don't like heavy techno, Fatima is an artist who brings that special something that will delight even the unsuspecting visitor.

Electric universe

What's better than a good psychological problem? How about adding a laser harp to the mix?

That's right, psychedelic adventure Electric Universe combines heightened psychedelic trance with visual and musical spectacle. It is very interesting to see it before the show because we were surprised to know about it while watching the show.

Marlowe

Marlo is not new to us here in the DB or trans community. We had to include him here because he brings that tech energy set to SoCal. If you are interested in Tech Trans education, look no further. Master Marlowe will show you the way.

8th Street and Giotto

There are no live videos here, but we want to highlight how special and rare the B2B between Lane 8 and Yoto is for this event. Both artistes have been featured in Anjunadeep's releases and events and have created some very beautiful dance music. This is probably the best group to mention just because neither of them are transgender.

4050 key

Key4050, the collaboration between John O'Callaghan and Brian Kearney, returns to Dreamstate SoCal for the first time since 2019. Since their inception in 2015, they have traveled the world bringing the best to the masses.

Amy Wills

British artist Amy Wills makes her Dreamstate debut this year and will also represent Anjunabits. His progress over the past few years has been incredible and we can't wait to see what he brings to the West Coast.

Hopefully this list has confirmed who you'll be seeing, or introduced you to some new ones you've never heard of. This year will be special!

Weekend tickets and day tickets can be purchased here. See you at Trancegiving!
