The Redmi Note 13 series is confirmed to launch in India in January. The company has not yet announced a specific launch date. The Redmi Note 13 series, which includes the Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro+, was launched in China in September. All three models in the range feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K HD+ resolution and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The regular Redmi Note 13 and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ are powered by the MediaTek Dimension SoC, while the Pro model is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC.

At the Redmi 13C launch event on Wednesday (December 6), Xiaomi confirmed that the Redmi Note 13 series will be launched in the Indian market in January next year. The brand revealed that the entire Redmi 13C launch event was captured using the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G.

The Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ smartphones were released in China in September. All three models in the range are expected to make their debut in India. However, the Chinese tech brand has not confirmed the exact launch date or key specifications of the Indian variant.

In China, the Redmi Note 13 starts at CNY 1,199 (roughly Rs. 13,900), while the Redmi Note 13 Pro starts at CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs. 17,400). Meanwhile, the most premium smartphone in the series, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+, is available at a starting price of 1,999 Yuan (roughly Rs. 22,800). The Indian variants are expected to match these prices.

A recent leak talks about European prices for the Pro models. According to the leak, the Redmi Note 13 Pro will be priced at EUR 450 (roughly Rs. 40,700), while the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will be priced at EUR 500 (roughly Rs. 45000).

Given Xiaomi's past history, we can expect the Indian variants to offer China-launched specs. The Redmi Note 13 series features a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The Pro model is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, while the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra SoC. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 13 has a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC under the hood.

The Redmi Note 13 has a dual 100MP rear camera, while the Pro models have a triple rear camera led by a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP3 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). All three phones have a 16-megapixel sensor on the front.
