Huawei Nova 12 Series To Launch Soon In China
The Huawei brand has announced the Nova 12 series. We expect it to include smartphones like Nova 12 Lite, Nova 12, Nova 12 Pro and Nova 12 Ultra. The company revealed the device's design and release date in a new teaser. We inform you that this series will premiere on December 26th in China.
The devices listed below are part of the upcoming Nova 12 series: Nova 12, Nova 12 Pro, Nova 12 Ultra and Nova 12 Lite. These new phone cases are somewhat similar to the back cases introduced later in the series and feature additional cameras.
The Nova 12 and Nova 12 Pro smartphones are expected to feature tablet-like camera modules. The periscope telephoto lenses on both phones can be combined with the lenses underneath the main cameras. The Nova 12 Pro's main camera may be larger than the regular model, depending on the display. Both the LED flash and the third camera lens should fit into two additional circular cutouts under the phone's covers.
The Huawei Nova 12 Lite, also known as the Vitality Edition, will reportedly have an OLED panel with an in-display fingerprint sensor, a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back, and a 60-megapixel selfie camera. Apart from blue, it is also offered in black and white colors. It is unknown whether the device supports 4G or 5G.
The Nova 12 4G smartphone will reportedly use the Snapdragon 778G 4G chipset. In addition, 66W fast charging is expected.
Some details about the cameras for this series were published in the Digital Insider chat. The series is expected to feature a RYYB 50MP 1/1.55″ f/1.4–f/4.0 front camera with variable physical aperture. The source notes that there will be a Vanilla Nova 12 Vibrant version and surprises for all owners of the original versions of the smartphone.
