Dot Releases Album 'Practice Rooms' Consisting Of Her Popular Hits
(Menafon-IANS) Mumbai, Dec 20 (IANS) Singer-actress Aditi Saigal, professionally known as Dot, who made her acting debut with the streaming film 'The Archies', released her streaming album titled 'Practice Room' on Wednesday.

Dot rose to YouTube fame with her viral song "Everybody Dance to Techno."
The singer released 10 songs, including hits such as "Ametric" which is part of the albums "The Archies" and "Lillian". These songs were composed in the last seven years.
Speaking on the same subject, Dot said: "I wrote these songs when I was at university in Wales and as such the lyrics reflect that time in my life. Bangor is a coastal university town in North Wales so some of the musical images come naturally. of the lush Welsh countryside. The attraction and of course university life, heartbreak and friendship. After the response on YouTube and the subsequent tour to India, the next natural step for me was to record the song again in a professional studio - environment.
The singer added: "But there were two problems. Firstly, I was afraid of being a one-hit wonder and secondly, every time I tried to re-record the songs it seemed to make them special. I just didn't want it. . They're empty. Wrong . Yes. Those were the formative years of my musical talent. And people still relate to them. For the past six years I've been trying to "learn" these rough little songs, but it never sounds right.
"So now I publish them as "Exercise Rooms". They stopped being me a long time ago and now I want to appreciate them as a version of me from the past. The album is a kind of thank you to everyone who has listened to it over the years. A love letter, so to speak, to the memories of the past, to those who listened to me and to the piano I played in the practice room,” he added.
