Upcoming Launch: Vivo V29, V29 Pro, And Google Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro On Same Day
In the first week of October, the much-awaited Google Pixel and Vivo V series smartphones will be launched and both Vivo and Google will unveil their new devices on October 4.
Vivo is all set to launch the Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro smartphones in India in the first week of October. The Vivo V series is scheduled to be released on October 4 at 12:00 PM.
The devices will be available in India through Vivo's official Indian website, Flipkart and offline retail stores. It will be available in three colours: Himalayan Blue, Majestic Red and Space Black. The Vivo V29 Pro will come with a special feature – Aura LED flash with adjustable color temperature and Wedding mode for photography.
Media reports suggest that the Vivo V29 Pro will offer 8GB or 12GB RAM variants with the option to add up to 8GB of virtual RAM and will have 256GB internal storage.
The rear camera setup of the Vivo V29 Pro includes a 50-megapixel (MP) primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) support using a Sony IMX766 sensor and a 12-megapixel portrait camera with 2x optical zoom with a Sony IMX663 sensor.
Additionally, the smartphone will have a 4,600 mAh battery with an 80W fast charger that can charge the device up to 50% in just 18 minutes and provide a full charge in 50 minutes.
The Pixel 8 is expected to feature a 6.2-inch display. Meanwhile, the Pixel 8 Pro may feature a larger 6.71-inch OLED display. It will have a QHD resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.
The Pixel 8 is equipped with a dual camera setup. It will have a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens. Meanwhile, the Pixel 8 Pro will have a more advanced triple camera setup. It will include a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization, a 64-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 48-megapixel telephoto camera.
Also, on October 4th, we expect Google to unveil the Pixel Watch 2, expanding its product line beyond smartphones.
