The YouTube Create app is available as a free download and is initially available in beta exclusively to Android users in select markets. The app has been launched in countries like the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Indonesia, India, Korea, and Singapore. YouTube spokeswoman Kimberly Taylor said the app would launch on iPhone and iPad next year.
