Jordan Subpoenas Foreign Dark Money Group Over Alleged Censorship Collusion With Big Tech, Biden Admin
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan demanded that censorship groups affiliated with pro-China groups hand over any information about possible collusion with the Biden administration and big tech companies to censor Americans.
On August 3, the Republic of Jordan sent a letter to Imran Ahmed, executive director of the left-wing think tank Center Against Digital Hate, demanding that the organization provide details of its work with the federal government to target opponents of the Biden administration. to censor. .
“Some third parties, including organizations like yours, appear to play a role in this censorship regime, advising governments and social media companies on so-called 'disinformation' and other types of content, sometimes with direct or indirect support or approval. indirectly from the federal government," the letter said.
Jordan's letter also provides specific examples of the CCDH's efforts to censor American voices.
Specifically, he pointed to how the Biden administration used the 2021 CCHR "Disinformation Room" report to pressure social media companies to censor those who oppose left-wing narratives about COVID-19.
One of the people censored as a result of this campaign was Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Jordan wrote a follow-up letter to Ahmed on Wednesday saying: "Develop effective legislation, such as potentially enacting new legal restrictions on the executive branch's ability to work with social media platforms and other businesses, to control the flow of content restrict. and users of the platform, the Committee must first understand the nature of how the executive branch coerces and colludes with companies and other intermediaries to censor speech.”
In essence, Jordan is saying that Congress needs to know how and to what extent the White House is working with organizations like the CCHD to combat the Biden administration's unconstitutional censorship activities.
However, the letter points out that the State Committee for the State Revenue Committee has not submitted any of the requested documents to the Judicial Committee of the DPR since the initial request.
Do you suspect that foreign "black money" groups can influence US censorship?

No: 0% (0 votes)
"By refusing to provide anything substantial in response to the committee's request, CCHR undermines the committee's ability to fulfill its constitutional oversight obligations," Jordan wrote.
The fact that the Biden administration is working with left-wing organizations to promote online censorship is bad enough, but things get even worse when you realize the true nature of the group.
According to Breitbart, CCHD is a British non-profit organization funded by the Oak Foundation, a shadow investment organization based in Geneva, Switzerland.
The Oak Foundation has a record of supporting radical leftist movements and, even worse, financing Communist China's efforts to dominate global trade networks.
think about that for a moment. Here we see how the president and his administration may be working with outside groups that have ties to other groups that are deeply hostile to American interests.
Our Republic is founded on transparency and the free and open exchange of information. If outside groups with hostile interests are allowed to interfere and change the subject, it could have disastrous consequences for our country.
If the allegations are true, then the White House has sold out its First Amendment rights to foreign interest groups, and that's a big deal.
If we want to maintain our freedom, Congress must act to ensure that those who oppose our way of life have no influence over our government.
