Say hello to the Vivo V29, the latest addition to the Vivo lineup that blends mid-range and high-end specs with a near-flagship design.
The phone comes in a well organized box. You get a cable, a case, and an 80W charger.
Unpack vivo V29
We have the two colors that it will bring alive to the European market. These are Peak Blue and Noble Black. Both have a distinctive design on the back. For Peak Blue, vivo used 3D magnetic particles, which were formed into a pattern in a highly precise manufacturing process. In this case, it is a mountain.
Noble Black features a Fluorite AG lens that is more grippy with an inlaid texture and sparkles when light hits it.
The V29 is the first in the line to offer full IP68 dust and water resistance.

The Vivo V29 looks similar to the V27, but a key addition is the ring flash, which Vivo calls the Aura Portrait Light. It is independent of the LED flash and has three modes of operation. It can automatically detect ambient light and decide what light temperature is right for your subject. You can also take the brakes and slide the slider from blue to bright red.
Aura Light works best in low light, but has the potential to make for interesting and creative portraits.

The front-facing camera has been expanded to 50 MP with a wider f/2.0 lens – the brightest vivo has ever built into a V-series phone.
The battery is said to be the same 4600mAh battery, but the charging power has been increased to 80W, allowing the battery to charge from 0% to 50% in 18 minutes; that's 1 minute faster than the 66W vivo V27. It will be interesting to see the lag time after a full charge.
