Looking back at seven days of news and headlines in the Android world, this week's Android circle includes Pixel 8 Pro review, Samsung Galaxy Fan Edition innovation, None (2) details, OnePlus Nord 3 launch, Honor 90's incredible camera, Next step Best App for RedMagic and for Google Android.
Android Circuit is here to remind you of the many things that happened to Android in the past week (and you can find a recap of Apple's weekly news here).
Blink and you'll miss your Pixel 8 Pro
Images of the upcoming Pixel 8 Pro were posted on Reddit over the weekend and quickly deleted. But not before taking a closer look at the appearance changes, spherical angles, and, most importantly, the camera system;
The camera system will consist of a 50MP main sensor, a 64MP ultra-wide camera, and a 5x telephoto lens. You can also see the odd temperature sensor under the flash and all the cameras in the same window, unlike the Pixel 6 Pro. And the Pixel 7 Pro with its telephoto lens.

Fan versions aren't dead
For many, the Galaxy S21 Fan Edition was the ultimate flagship at the time. Samsung is yet to work on the phone as it prepares to relaunch the FE in the Indian market;
Based on these specifications, it seems more likely that the Galaxy S21 FE 5G variant powered by the Snapdragon 888 processor will be launched in India compared to the variant available internationally. It is also worth noting that the tutorial compares the Galaxy S21 FE 5G with the OnePlus 11R. This means that the price The Galaxy S21 FE 5G is the same price as the OnePlus 11R, which starts at INR 39,999 (about $487).
Ahead of the launch of its second smartphone next week, titled Nothing (2), it looks like Nothing will be updating its wireless earphones (2) with a stunning black color option.
But it will likely be announced alongside the release of Nothing Phone 2 next week. Details like its specs, the phone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, a large 4,700mAh battery, a new Glyph Composer and more.

What's behind the OnePlus Nord 3 5G?
With the launch of the OnePlus Nord 3 5G earlier this week, I had the opportunity to ask the boss of OnePlus what the perfect phone would be and what it means to be a mid-range phone in the OnePlus portfolio;
“We have the same spirit when we started the company and then when we launched the first OnePlus Nord series. Remember… the OnePlus Nord 3 gives you almost everything you could want in a 2023 mobile phone made at an affordable price.

Honor 90 European launch
After its launch in China last month, Honor has launched the mid-range Honor 90 globally. It's powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor, which should deliver solid overall performance, but most eyes will be on the 200MP main camera.
Of course, more megapixels don't necessarily mean better camera performance. However, in good conditions, it does allow for more detailed photos. The Honor 90's camera software can combine up to 16 pixels, creating 2.24 µm pixels to collect more light and produce photos. With a resolution of 12 megapixels, the big question is how the Honor camera software will handle the resulting images.
Nubia has launched the S version of its latest gaming phone in China. The Redmagic 8S Pro (reviewed here on Forbes) builds on the 8 Pro, bringing faster speed, greater performance, and an enhanced gaming experience. An international release is expected soon.
The main change in the Model S is that it uses the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2, which is a faster version of the 8 Gen 2 chip that powers the 8 Gen 2. The Plus version increases the base clock by 3.2GHz to 3.36GHz and increases the GPU clock speed from 680. MHz to 719 MHz. That means the 8S Pro should have 5% more CPU and 5.7% higher GPU performance.”

And finally...
There are countless apps for Android, but Google has many essential apps that users are looking forward to. What is their favourite? Abner Lee takes a look at Google's suite of apps and the Google Play Store's ranking of one of the highest-rated apps...it might surprise you.
The highest rated apps created by Google is Play Books [with a score of] 4.7 with 2.26 million reviews. This is a powerful and reliable app primarily for reading and listening to audiobooks. "On the Material You home screen widget, it lacks the M3 design and remains firmly rooted in the Google Material theme era. Updated for Pixel tablets with a navigation bar and hopefully a new floor. Panels, search boxes, and dynamic colors are coming soon."
