Flash Electronics Appoints Rajnish Diwan As CEO
New Delhi: Pune-based leading electronic component manufacturer Flash Electronics has appointed Rajneesh Dewan as the company's managing director. The move is part of the company's strategy to accelerate its growth trajectory, drive innovation and cement its position as the preferred auto parts maker in the industry.Diwan brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization with 38 years of extensive experience and a proven track record in the industry. His expertise in strategy, corporate restructuring, and performance transformation underpinned the operations of his previous companies. Through his impeccable leadership skills, he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and organizational growth.

Before Flash, he was an integral part of Denso Corporation Japan. He was one of the first members to establish and expand the Denso business in India. During his time at Denso in India, he gained extensive experience leading and collaborating with complex and diverse boards of directors. At the beginning of his automotive career, he also worked for such a large brand as Eicher.Diwan is a Mechanical Engineer and Management Expert at IIM Calcutta with a diverse business and technical background in the Indian Automotive Industry with OEMs and Tier 1 companies of good repute.
