Diwan brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization with 38 years of extensive experience and a proven track record in the industry. Before Flash, he was an integral part of Denso Corporation Japan. He was one of the first members to establish and expand the Denso business in India. During his time at Denso in India, he gained extensive experience leading and collaborating with complex and diverse boards of directors. At the beginning of his automotive career, he also worked for such a large brand as Eicher.Diwan is a Mechanical Engineer and Management Expert at IIM Calcutta with a diverse business and technical background in the Indian Automotive Industry with OEMs and Tier 1 companies of good repute.
