Tecno Unveils Camon 20 Series Starting At Rs 14,999, But You Cant Buy It Yet
After expanding the Camon 20 Premier's camera capabilities earlier this month, Tecno unveiled the phone along with two more affordable siblings. The company unveiled the Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro, and Camon 20 Premier 5G at an extravagant event with quirky ramps.
The Camon 20 series is for civilians who value camera performance. It combines sophisticated photography features with impressive aesthetics. Leather trim and a reflective dual-lens back panel, as well as a large (and slightly burnt) camera module, give the phones a unique design.
Camon 20 Premier 5G is specially designed for portrait video and night shots. It combines sensor-shift OIS technology, a 50MP Pro RGBW sensor, and proprietary AI algorithms. Tecno told Indian Express that this allows the phone to produce sharper and more detailed images even in challenging lighting conditions.

The puzzle design, inspired by postmodern architecture, gives these devices a distinctive look. The devices also feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 100% DCI-P3 color space.
Tecno claims its RGBW Pro technology improves low-light photography by increasing aperture size and light capture by 208%. In addition, the devices are equipped with Sensor-Shift OIS anti-shake technology, which, according to Tecno, compensates for shocks up to 5,000 times per second.
Camon 20 Pro and Camon 20 Pro Premier are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8050 processor, while Camon 20 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85. The Premier model also features a 5,000mAh battery and supports up to 45W fast charging.
Tecno Camon 20 starts at Rs 14,999 and Camon 20 Pro 5G starts at Rs 19,999. The price of Camon 20 Premier 5G has not yet been announced. You can buy Tecno Camon 20 on Amazon starting May 29, while Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G and Tecno Camon Premier 5G will be available in the second and third weeks of June respectively.
