Oppo Reno 10 Series May Not Be A Flagship, But It May Still Pack A Punch

India, May 23 – Oppo is preparing to launch its Reno series in China and the smartphones have been listed on various certification websites. The Oppo Reno 10 series will feature the Oppo Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro, and Reno 10 Pro+ models. The Chinese market will be launched on May 24.

The brand revealed information about the main features and specifications of the upcoming series of smartphones. The brand has details about the display and processor, and a recent leak also provided live images of the device.

Oppo Reno 10 Pro+: expected specifications

Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.

Battery with a capacity of 4700 mAh with support for fast charging technology with a power of 100 W.

6.7-inch OLED screen with 1.5K resolution.

A 50-megapixel Sony IMX 890 primary sensor, an 8-megapixel Sony IMX 355 ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 64-megapixel periscopic zoom lens.

Oppo Reno 10 Pro: Leaked highlights

MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset with up to 12GB of RAM.

The device is expected to have the same rear camera setup as the Pro+, except for a third 32-megapixel Sony IMX 709 telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom support.

A slightly smaller battery with a capacity of 4600 mAh with 100 W fast charging technology.

Oppo Reno 10: what do we know?

Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ chipset with 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard memory.

4700mAh battery with 80W fast charging technology.

Triple rear camera with telephoto lens, 64-megapixel main camera with OmniVision OV64B sensor, 8-megapixel Sony IMX 355 ultra-wide angle sensor and 32-megapixel Sony IMX 709 telephoto lens with double front bracket.

The brand has suggested that the Reno 10 series smartphones will have a ProXDR display. ProXDR technology has previously been used in Oppo flagships such as the OPPO Find X6 Pro. The technology aims to improve the color reproduction of images displayed on the device.

Oppo has reportedly confirmed that the display will have a 120Hz refresh rate and support 1.07 billion colors with a screen brightness of 1400 nits. The ProXDR screen will also be equipped with Dynamic Light and Shadow Display technology, which will increase screen brightness by up to eight times.
